What we collect

• Contact and brief form: name, email, phone, and the project details you share.
• MARLEN chat assistant: the messages you type during the conversation and any contact details you leave.
• Cookies and analytics: only with your consent via the cookie banner, anonymised usage measurement data.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and run the service relationship, on the basis of contract formation and legitimate interest under KVKK. Analytics rests solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Transfers and retention

Data may be stored on the servers of providers supplying hosting, form, and chat infrastructure. Some of these providers are located abroad; transfers happen only to the extent the service requires. Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
